Information you choose to provide

When you use our coordination form, you may provide your name, organisation or political party, candidate name, constituency, email address, reason for contacting, preferred interview mode and message. The form does not send information to a database or store it on this website. It prepares an email in your own email application, and the information is transmitted only when you choose to send that email.

You may also contact us directly by email. Please do not send sensitive personal data, identity documents or confidential campaign information unless we specifically request it and you consider the method appropriate.

How we use information

We use information received by email to respond to enquiries, coordinate potential interviews, communicate with candidates and authorised representatives, maintain relevant correspondence, protect the website and our legal interests, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.

Website and hosting data

We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or a website analytics service. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical data, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security logs, to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. Such providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask us to provide information about personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, erase information that is no longer required, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a grievance.
